Care Instructions

To keep your tiles looking their best, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Dry immediately with a soft towel. Do not soak or submerge the tiles in water, as this may affect the printed finish.

Handmade & Printing Characteristics

Each set goes through multiple production and finishing steps. Because portions of the tiles are hand-carved and hand-colored, small variations between individual tiles are completely normal and part of the manufacturing process.

UV printing may also result in slight differences in color, print placement, positioning, or size from one production batch to another. Minor surface ink overflow can occasionally occur and can typically be removed by gently wiping the area with a clean, damp cloth.

These small variations do not affect gameplay and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Replacement & Quality Guarantee

We want you to be able to enjoy your set! Individual tile replacements are available for verified manufacturing defects, including peeling, significantly inverted or misaligned designs, ink issues that cannot be cleaned, missing or incorrect tiles, and tiles that arrive visibly cracked or chipped from transit.

Because individual tiles can be replaced, full-set returns or refunds are not offered for isolated or minor imperfections. If a set arrives with a significant issue that cannot reasonably be corrected—such as widespread damage or substantial color deviation—we’ll work with you to determine an appropriate partial refund or replacement after the issue has been verified.

A Little Note About Your Set

No two production runs are absolutely identical! Slight variations are a natural part of the carving, coloring, and printing process and give each set its own character. These small differences are considered normal and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
