I ordered on May 13. May 26 I sent a message asking where my mug is. As of May 14 the tracking says it’s in NC and has not moved since. Today is May 28. I tried contacting DHL. They want a 10 digit tracking # which I have not received. It was supposed to be a birthday present on May 21. Not impressed.
Hi Lois: Unfortunately, this was a very isolated incident which I immediately rectified as soon as possible. A new mug was immediately sent as soon as you brought this to my attention. I'm sorry for this but some things are not in my control such as lost mail.
This is the second mug I’ve purchased. It’s very cute. The quality is top-notch!
